At Saffie's Glass Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fused glass pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

The item must be returned to us within 14 days after your return request is approved
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or personalised orders (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair depending on the issue
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
5. How to Request a Return

6. Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
